Advertising attribution — when you arrive through an advertisement, we may store campaign parameters, Google click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID), the landing page and referrer so we can measure which campaigns generate enquiries.

Analytics & Advertising Services

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity. When Google Ads enhanced conversions are enabled, contact details submitted with an enquiry may be normalised and securely hashed before being sent to Google for conversion matching. Google does not receive uploaded drawings or your enquiry message for this purpose. You can restrict cookies and browser storage through your browser settings.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We do not share your details with anyone outside Aokai and its sales team, except as required to fulfil your request (e.g. arranging local installation) or by law.

Data Retention & Security

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business records. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
