Awning windows feature a top hinge which enables them to open from the bottom outward by chain winder to provide controlled ventilation. Always restricted opening 125mm on and above 1st floor. The window design provides consistent ventilation even in rainy day and blocks external elements. They provide stylish ventilation solutions that work effectively in all home areas, such as bedrooms, bathrooms, laundries, and kitchens, and so on.

Our aluminum awning windows come in custom sizes and are durable against severe weather while boosting natural airflow and thermal regulation. All Aokai awning windows comply with Australia Standards, guaranteeing long-term performance and safety.

What are your main products?

AK100 series Sliding Windows&Doors/Awning Windows/Fixed Windows/Hinged Doors. AK150 series Window Wall / Sliding Doors / Lift-and-Slide Sliding Doors. AK50 series series Awning Windows & Fixed Windows. AK86 series and AK88 series Awning Windows, etc. Both thermally broken systems and non-thermally broken systems are optional. We also produce Bi-folding Windows&Doors, Aluminum Louver Windows, and glass Louver Windows.

How long dose it take for the products to be delivered?

After receiving your deposit and design confirmation. Production takes around 5~6 weeks. Shipping to your job site requires an additional 4~5 weeks. The entire production and delivery process takes approximately 10~12 weeks.

What’s the standard color of your windows and doors?

Powder coating is our profile surface treatment. We always stock matt black, dark gray, and pure white profiles in stock for meeting your urgent delivery time requirement. The other colors need to be charged according to your detailed requirement and will take longer production lead time.

What’s your payment term?

An initial payment of 40% of the total contract amount is required to commence the order. The remaining balance needs to be paid before the shipment from China factory or upon arrival at the Australian warehouse, depending on the terms of the delivery.

Can you provide doors and windows installation?

We provide installation services in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. We also offer free storage for up to two weeks after delivery.

Does your products comply with AS2047 certification?

Yes, all of our windows and doors are certified with AS2047, and we also have glass AS2208 certification because Australia and New Zealand are our main markets.

1st step, please send us your Architectural drawings, we will analyze and quote for you. 2nd step, we will confirm the order drawings with you after receiving deposit and before formal fabrication. 3rd step, we produce your order after you will have approved our fabrication drawings. 4th step, we do the quality control strictly. 5th step, we pack your windows and doors by plywood crate before loading into container. 6th step, we help you to arrange the shipment if needed. We will keep you posted about the shipping schedule and assist you to do your local Customs Clearance. We are also happy to help you to arrange the door to door shipment if needed.
